How to train your shoulders at the gym. In the last video I talked about how to train your upper chest. To help grow my upper chest it's important to train my front shoulders properly as they connect directly to the pectoral muscles. Training my front shoulders properly indirectly helps me to grow my upper chest.
In this video I go through what works for me personally when it comes to developing my shoulders. I'm a self-confessed gym addict and have been going for many years and I know exactly what I need to do to grow my shoulder muscles so that they're nice and rounded. Nicely shaped deltoid muscles help your clothes look amazing.
When trying any new exercise routine, it's important to give it a chance. Don't just try something for a couple of weeks and then just give up. You need to be consistent for at least a couple of months. If you're not experiencing any gains after that then you should definitely look at tweaking your workout.
